Heritage Restoration Inc.’s (HRI) Management Team is committed to eliminate occupational injuries and illness in our workplace. Management recognizes that it is the right and expectation of all employees to work in a safe and healthy environment. HRI believes that the safety of all employees is the
key to a solid foundation and recognizes that production and quality depends on maintaining safe work practices and a healthy workforce.
Compliance with the health and safety regulations, and the procedures outlined in the following health and safety program, are essential to guarantee the health and safety of our employees, clients and any other prospective visitors to our sites.
All workers are required to review HRI’s Health and Safety Policy. Management, as part of their mandatory employee orientation process reviews HRI’s Health and Safety Program. Every HRI employee, sub-contractor and sub-contractor employee must be aware of their roles and responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations for Construction Projects.
The responsibility to ensure a safe work environment starts with the president and continues through to the most recently hired employee. Comments or concerns, with regards to a health and safety issue, should be reported to the site supervisor immediately to address the concern and prevent any possible incidents. Together, we can create a safe work environment for all employees.
As the President of HRI, I guarantee all aspects of health and safety will be considered first and foremost and will take precedent over all other aspects of the business.
Management conducts an annual review of this Policy and maintains a record of such reviews and any changes made to this Policy.
